CeylonBlends Editorial··⏱ 4 minrecipebeefstir-fryblack-pepperquickdinner

A bold, quick stir-fry where Ceylon black pepper is the star — coarsely cracked seeds give bursts of aromatic heat in every bite.
In this stir-fry, Ceylon black pepper is not a background seasoning — it is the main event. Coarsely cracked seeds bring bursts of aromatic, fruity heat that makes this one of the most satisfying quick dinners in the repertoire. The key is high heat and not overcrowding the pan.
