Spices cultivated at altitude in Kurunegala, Matale & Kandy — where cool air and rich soil produce the finest flavours.
Picked at peak season by skilled farmers. True cinnamon quills are hand-rolled within hours of harvest to lock in volatile oils.
Every batch is hand-sorted to Grade A specification. Damaged, undersized, or off-colour pieces are removed before processing.
Whole spices are either stone-ground slowly (preserving oils) or sun-dried using traditional methods. Never high-heat processed.
Packed within 24 hours of processing in airtight, resealable kraft pouches. No warehousing — shipped direct to Singapore.
