Terms of Service

The website is operated by Ceylon Blends Pte Ltd, a company registered in Singapore. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean Ceylon Blends Pte Ltd. Our products are manufactured at our associated production facility in Sri Lanka. Ceylon Blends Pte Ltd is the entity with which you contract when purchasing through this website.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your country of residence, if higher) and have legal capacity to enter into this agreement. When you place an order you make an offer to purchase the products at the listed price. A contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance of your order. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, where a product is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred — and will refund any amount already paid.

All prices are shown in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of Singapore Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time before you place an order. Payment must be received in full before dispatch.

Delivery times and charges are described on our Shipping & Returns page. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our reasonable control. For international orders, you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country's authorities, and for ensuring that the products are permitted to be imported into your country under applicable food safety and trade regulations.

Returns are handled in accordance with our Shipping & Returns policy. Due to the perishable nature of food products, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened, except where they are defective or incorrectly supplied.

We take care to describe our products accurately, but minor variations in colour, aroma and appearance are natural for single-origin spices and teas. Product images are for illustration. Our products contain spices and plant-based ingredients that may cause allergic reactions in some individuals — please read product labels carefully before purchase or consumption. Nothing on this site constitutes medical, dietary or nutritional advice.

All content on this website — including text, logos, graphics and images — is owned by or licensed to Ceylon Blends and may not be reproduced without our written consent.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any statutory rights you have as a consumer under Singapore's Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act or the Sale of Goods Act, including rights in respect of goods that are not of satisfactory quality or not fit for purpose. Subject to those statutory rights and to the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
